Enjoy the benefits of NCSA Membership
The first thing that you should do after receiving membership approval is to login to your Member Account by using the login details that were emailed to you – become familiar with it. Check that all your contact details are correct, you can amend these details at any time. We also recommend that you change your password fairly regularly for security purposes.
Secondly, you should add your free business listing into the NCSA Directory. The directory has some fairly powerful options which you can choose – most are free but there a few paid options as well. The directory will, overtime, become a focal point for search engines helping to rank your business on the internet – as well as providing strong search functions for humans too. Have a look at How to Add a Listing.
Once you have received approval of your membership application (via an email to your registered email account), you will have access to restricted areas of the site such as Technical Articles, and the right to insert a single business listing in the NCSA Directory. Additionally, you will have the option to engage in a paid advertising schedule if you wish.
Contribute your know-how to the website!
The NCSA recognises the collective knowledge within the industry, and believes that a central place to share this wealth of information is in the Technical Articles section. This section will be under close editorial control and its focus is to provide relevant, authoritative, helpful technical information to the industry without intentionally pushing the advertising barrow. You as a member have the opportunity to submit technical articles to the editor if you wish.
As well as members’ knowledge, informational and technical articles will be sourced from experts nationally and internationally.
How to login in to your account

If your question is still not answered, if it is a technical question relating to the website operations itself, then contact NCSA Website Support, we will usually get back to you within 24 hours. However, if your question relates to the NCSA Membership itself, then you should contact the NCSA Online Team.
