Banner Sizes and Specifications

Banner advertising can be used to effectively put the name of your business or products in front of the eyes of people in your industry looking for your products. Different sized banners to suit any advertising budget, you can even target what city, State, or country you want your banner advertising to be displayed in. Standout Features: multiple banner sizes, specify what pages you do or don't want them on. Tables not accepted.

Banner Advertising – Display Advertisements

Images Dimensions:

1 x Main image: 715px (w) x 300px (d) (max.). The width must be closely adhered to, the depth is not as critical but must not exceed 350px. Images can only be landscape in orientation. Image must be supplied optimized for the web, and cropped to correct size at a resolution of 72dpi. Image "weight" should be under 70k each.

 

1 x Business Logo: 230px (w) x 130px (d) (max.). Because logos come in all shapes and sizes, treat this size as a close approximation, however it cannot be larger then the product images. Essential: Logo must be supplied optimized for the web, and correctly cropped to the required size at a resolution of 72dpi. Image "weight" should be under 30k each.

1 x Brand Logo: 200px (w) x 120px (d) (max.). Because logos come in all shapes and sizes, treat this size as a close approximation, however it cannot be larger then the product images. Essential: Images can be landscape or portrait. Image must be supplied optimized for the web, and correctly cropped to the required size at a resolution of 72dpi. Image "weight" should be under 30k each.

3 x Product Images: 300px x 200px. This size should be adhered to reasonably closely, unreasonably large images will be deleted or you will need to readjust. Images can be landscape or portrait in orientation. Essential: Image must be supplied optimized for the web, and correctly cropped to the required size at a resolution of 72dpi. Image "weight" should be under 40k each.

Content Formats. All text to be supplied in basic .txt or .doc format – do not supply text in formats outside of these requirements. Ensure headings are clearly delineated as: 1) Most important; 2) Important; 3) Least important; (Heading; SubHeading; SubSubHeading). If text is overset, we will usually delete second last paragraph first. IMAGE FORMAT: .jpg, .gif, .png, and .tif correctly sized and optimised.

Important: NCSA technical support reserves the right to adjust supplied content to suit the speed, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal of the site. If a member wish to change or update their advertorial page, then NCSA reserve the right to charge for alterations, amendments, and corrections in addition to new display costs. Content should be reasonably aimed at a "PG" market, and should respectful of Australian law and its intent regarding material that could be regarded as offensive or demeaning.

The Featured Distributors or Products Showcase sections provide that little extra online information that an organisation may require in addition to their free directory listing. Members can put anything about their business in this area, ideally the focus should be information about their business as well as product and services. Standout Features: a large main image that showcases your business or products, plus up to five more images or logos, up to 750 words of text, hyperlinks and email links. Tables not accepted.

1 x Business Logo: 150px (w) x 100px (d) (max). Because logos come in all shapes and sizes, treat this size as a close approximation, however it cannot be larger then the product images. Can be used as a product image graphic if preferred.

Supply Images as Following:

Providing links to your website

Supplying a link to your web site (or any other internet link is reasonably simple). Follow these steps: on the internet navigate to the desired page you want to link to, then copy the URL (the address part in your browser that usually starts with "http://www.yourwebsite.com.au/etc"), paste it into your text or MSWord document and indicate what word or graphic you want to link from. That's it, we’ll do the rest.
