On 23-25 October of this year, just months down the track, CleanScene, the National Cleaning and Hygiene Expo, will run in Sydney at the Sydney Showgrounds, Olympic Park, the same venue as the previous so-successful show in 2009.
Bookings for CleanScene are running ahead of the previous show despite the supposedly difficult times. But then forward-looking companies recognize that tough times are a reason to put more effort into marketing, not less.
This expo, presented by NCSA, once again will run alongside the Safety Show which brings into CleanScene a host of Workplace Health and Safety specialists who all recognize and understand that cleaning and hygiene are an integral part of health and safety.

Stand bookings are still available though it's true that full capacity is close and the balance of exhibitor spaces will not last long. Already over ninety spots have been booked. The previous biggest show was CleanScene last year in Melbourne with 103 paid exhibiting companies. It looks a certainty that that number will be exceeded.
It certainly looks as if the cleaning industry has decided it wants no part of a recesssion or even a downturn and is directing its resources to promotion in the best way possible – by showing their wares to the thousands of visitors who attend CleanScene.
